BBFresh Joins Hands with MCF to Make Environmental Protection Accessible for More Consumers
This marks the first deep co-branding between a domestic freshness brand and an ecological conservation foundation
On the occasion of Earth Day 2025, BBFresh has partnered with the Mangrove Conservation Foundation (MCF) to launch the2025 Rare Species Co-Branded Limited Editionthermal lunch box, accompanied by a series of online and offline public welfare experience activities.
Through innovative approaches, the brand aims to explore new pathways for consumer brands to engage in ecological protection and calls on the public to pay attention to the conservation of mangrove wetland ecosystems and biodiversity.
This marks the first deep co-branding between a domestic freshness brand and an ecological conservation foundation, with corresponding public welfare products introduced.
Co-Branded Products: Integrating Environmental Protection into Daily Life and Making Public Welfare Accessible
As a core initiative of this campaign, BBFresh has drawn inspiration from nine rare species inhabiting mangrove wetlands, including leopard cats, black-faced spoonbills, and fiddler crabs, to create limited-edition thermal lunch boxes using 3D embossed UV environmental protection technology.
Made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, the products feature vacuum thermal insulation, portable compartment design, and the brand’s iconic green thermal bag, combining environmental philosophy with practical aesthetics.
For each set of co-branded products sold, BBFresh will donate 5 RMB to support the Mangrove Conservation Foundation (MCF) in its wetland and biodiversity conservation efforts.
Meanwhile, BBFresh is holding public welfare pop-up sales events in offline malls to raise awareness about environmental protection and make it easy for people to participate in charitable initiatives.
"We believe that the power of business for good should extend beyond products themselves," said a relevant representative of BBFresh. "Through this co-branding, we want consumers to feel the vitality of nature behind every bite of freshness when using our lunch boxes. Protecting mangroves means safeguarding a fresh future where humans and ecology coexist."
From Products to Actions
Since its establishment in 2022, BBFresh has quickly gained market recognition with its original design thermal lunch boxes, selling over 100,000 units of this single product in 2024 and ranking first in its vertical category.
The brand has always integrated the concept of sustainable development into the entire lifecycle of its products: from using environmental protection processes to reduce production pollution, to the public welfare donation model of this co-branded product, and planning to launch a "trade-in" recycling system in the future to promote the circular use of lunch boxes.
These initiatives not only respond to consumers’ upgraded needs for healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyles but also demonstrate the brand’s long-term commitment to social responsibility.
